📍 Shelby Bottoms Nature Center - East Nash

a special hike around a 1-mile loop led by Christie Wiser.

Hopefully to get a double feature of seeing the last few moments of the sunset and the rise of the full Wolf Moon. 🐺

Musical Yoga Flow and Dinner

A unique yoga flow designed to help one harmonize with the Universal Symphony Orchestra.
