To celebrate her new book, DBT for Life, she’s partnered with Healing in the Margins for a two-day mental health pop up at the Main Street Gallery.

She will be leading workshops using exercises and ideas from the book and will conclude the weekend with a talk on “DBT and the Dharma” with a special guest.

🗣️ THE PULSE

Onsite Opens Wellness House

Onsite provides personal transformation retreats at their beautiful land just an hour outside of the city. And are now opening the Onsite Wellness Center in Nashville.

It will offer in-depth outpatient programs designed to help people find sustained wholeness.

“Onsite Wellness House brings the best of Onsite and Milestones to those in the Nashville area who want to begin or continue their “work” without having to put their lives on hold.”

What to expect? group, individual, and family therapy sessions offered.

I spent a few days with the Onsite staff in 2023. They are truly one of a kind and provide a safe and accessible space for one’s healing journey.
