Bend and Zen Telluride Yoga Retreat
Bend and Zen is hosting their first yoga retreat in Telluride from July 31 - August 4.
Amanda Bell will lead the retreat and activities include yoga, group hikes, paddle boarding, meditations, and individual time to be with nature.

Rooftop Pickleball All Summer
All summerrr long Bobby Nashville will be having rooftop pickleball courts available for reservation. 💦
The series will be from May 25 - October 20.

Germantown Cafe: Veggie Bowl || Germantown
Two of our subscribers recently moved to Germantown, so I was thinking of some healthy bites for them. Germantown Cafe is a true neighborhood gem.
Their veggie bowl has jasmine rice, roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes, marinated portabellas, red peppers with a cranberry sauce.
Take the sauce on the side and that’s 🥦 type of meal.
