Meg Kramarz will be hosting a mindful living worshop at Heart of Yoga.

This session will have a 45-min yoga class, 30-min sound bath, and 90-min mindfulness discussion developing tools and practices. 🧘‍♀️

Cayla Cripps hosts a breath work class at Mindful Nashville Germantown.

The 19th event begins at 630pm. Starting in June, this will be every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month from 5-6. 🫁

Yoga & Music Festival at the Caverns

From Sept 7-8, the Caverns will be home to a yoga and music festival.

According to their website, this festival promises a harmonious blend of yoga serenity and musical vibrancy.

During the day, Body & Soul’s esteemed yoga and workshop instructors will lead a diverse array of sessions in serene locations.

As the sun sets, live music takes center stage with performances by a multitude of artists.

For those unfamiliar with the Caverns, it’s a magical cave venue with a scenic outdoor amphitheater, and a campground. 🏕️
