Glow in the Park - Season Kickoff (Sat., March 2, 5pm, $45)

The Adventure Park of Nashville’s season kicks off with their Glow in the Park event. LED lights illuminate the course as you zipline, climb ropes, and navigate the treetops.
The event ticket includes 2 hours of climbing and an additional 30 min for harnessing, safety briefing, and practice.

Hola Yoga Adds Second Teacher Training Cohort
Hola Yoga announced their second teacher training cohort beginning Fall 2024. The school begins in September and ends February 2025.
Whether you're contemplating yoga as a professional pursuit, a side gig, or simply wanting to elevate your personal practice, this program aims to enrich your understanding of Yoga.
Graduates will receive the Yoga Alliance RYT-200 certification.

Ryan Toll, co-founder of now closed Wild Cow, has launched a Nashville based meal plan and catering service called Season (see IG)
They will offer delivery in the Nashville area and a pick-up option from Hunters Station in East.
It focuses on offering nutritious, plant based, seasonal & locally focused meals. 🥕 🥬

Experience
While obtaining his postgrad degree, Phillip completed an internship with TSU’s football and men’s basketball teams, designing exercise programs for various demographics. 🏋️♂️
Subsequently, he worked in boutique fitness, providing one-on-one coaching to clients aged 25 to 60.
Passion
Phillip also led group classes at studios like 7 Minutes, where his passion for witnessing clients' progress, adopting new habits, and boosting overall confidence flourished—this is where I first met him!
