The H Dub Open (Feb. 23 - March 15)

The H Dub Open is a 4-week gym competition at H Dub Athletics near the Wedgewood area. Participants are divided into two teams, engaging in individual workouts every Friday starting Feb. 23.

The vibe leans more fun than hardo as points are awarded for things like spirit and best-dressed themes.

$20 participation fee supports a local non-profit, Harvest Hands, providing after-school programs for youth in Nashville. see more here

East Nasty Run Club (Wednesday, Feb. 7, at 6pm)

For those preppinā€™ for the Rock nā€™ Roll full or half, the East Nasty Run Club Wednesday run this week is ā€˜Riverside 2.0ā€™, a 5.1 mile loop.

12 South Farmers Market Pop-Up (Saturday, Feb. 10, 12pm - 4pm)

Snag something from a local vendor just in time for your Super Bowl Sunday party. This V-day themed pop-up will be at Saint Elle. šŸ«¶

BPN Opens Satellite Office

BPN, Bare Performance Nutrition, known for their supplements, opened up a satellite office in Nashville. Their well-known founder, Nick Bare, speaks to the new office space that will have a gym on a recent podcast episode from the 17:45 minute mark.

Padel Haus Coming This Summer

Opening their first location outside NYC, Padel Haus will be the stateā€™s first padel club. The 39,000 sq. ft. location will have a ton of amenities including 8 padel courts, a juice bar, and co-working space.

Itā€™s set to open this summer just 10 minutes South of downtown. šŸ’¦
